You must be a cardio bunny. I hate gyms that are catered to cardio workouts (ie. treadmills and bikes). Im a big fan of squats, deadlifts, and pullup/chinups.

Well ours also has a good weight center as well. It's a brand new rec center so it has to be good lol And yes, I love cardio, much more then lifting weights. tone>bulky imo.

Try reading a book thats how i fall asleep.

i perfer doing intervals for 15 mins on rest days and when it's not snowing. You can get toned with muscles, just do lots of reps with low weights.

I just lay in bed till I fall asleep, though reading does work. Especially if it is a textbook.

snow----check

exercise----I walk to the kitchen, I walk to the bedroom, I walk to the living room (thats a big NO!)
lifting weights---does 2 1 gallon water botttles count? and then carrying them (plus other bag of groceries) to the 2nd floor count?

sleep--not check, reading would make me sleepy; however, getting up to turn off the light would wake me back up. I usually watch really boring stuff on tv (the news is usually good...or if insomnia, dr who the hartnell years---a sure cure for not sleeping!).

can't help it IPU, i open my mail and that's what i found, some good friends i have. at first I thought it was photoshop, but regardless, if your fingers get stuck in the bowling ball fingers holes with a ring, and you not realise it was stuck, as soon as you try to throw the ball, i think the pictures is very likely what would happen. it is probably good to spread the word as a precaution, and you didn't see the second picture i pick the not so yucky one.
